We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Akron, USA. As a Solar Installer you will be responsible for assembling and installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the renewable energy industry and possess strong technical skills. • Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other equipment on roofs or other structures according to design plans.
• Ensure that all components are properly secured and connected.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

• Previous experience in the renewable energy industry preferably as a Solar Installer.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to read design plans and use various tools.
• Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,300 per month for this position.
