Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Temporary position: 3-4 months projected)
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver's license required.
