Equipment Operator

Overview

We are currently hiring for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other construction tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other workers while operating equipment.
• Load and unload materials using heavy machinery.
• Dig trenches, ditches, or holes as needed for construction projects.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy machinery.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Fluency in English is required for communication on the job site.
• Must have an own visa/work permit.

• Experience working on construction sites or in a similar field.
• Basic understanding of mechanics for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
