Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Handyman Maintenance Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours and competitive pay.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Repair or replace damaged furniture, doors, and windows.
• Inspect and maintain building systems such as HVAC and security.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must have own visa to work in the US.
