Commercial Roofing Service Technician

We are currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Technician I at our Akron, OH location. As the service crew’s leader, you will investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus:
  English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.
