what we're looking for:

• experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential hvac equipment
• strong customer service skills — you're the face of our company in the customer's home
• hvac schooling and steady work history a plus
• hard-working, reliable, and a team player

what you get:

• $20.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and ability to learn
• full time with overtime available
• yearly factory training from various manufacturers
