- Experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Strong customer service skills – you're the face of our company in the customer's home
- HVAC schooling and steady work history a plus
- Hard-working, reliable, and a team player
- $20.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and ability to learn
- Full time with overtime available
- Yearly factory training from various manufacturers
