IPG is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer sites. You will ensure uptime, support production needs, and deliver excellent technical service in the field.
The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently while representing IPG at customer sites. Travel up to 30% is expected.
