We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems. - Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime
- Rotational on-call schedule
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Identify electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Explain repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Provide a clean, respectful, and customer-focused experience on every call
- 2-3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs when needed
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments
- Ability to work in changing temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to safely climb step and extension ladders
