Experienced HVAC Service Technician | $34-$38/hr + Company Vehicle | Local Service Area

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime as needed

Your Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment independently
Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customers
Provide a professional, clean, and respectful customer experience
Document completed work accurately through company software
Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, indoor air quality solutions, and system replacements
Maintain an organized, stocked, and clean service vehicle

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial or residential)
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose electrical systems
Experience making repair vs. replacement recommendations
Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
Comfortable working independently while staying organized
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred Experience:

Commercial HVAC equipment troubleshooting
Air balancing knowledge
Scissor lift operation
Trade school or industry certifications
Experience working with a variety of HVAC systems
Desire to mentor and support newer technicians
