Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, transport materials around the job site, and assist with other construction tasks as needed.

• Operate loader safely and efficiently to load materials onto trucks or move them around the job site
• Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance on loader as needed
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure efficient loading and unloading of materials
• Follow safety protocols at all times and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
• Assist with other construction tasks such as digging, leveling, and grading when not operating the loader

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating a loader in a construction setting
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of heavy machinery
• Ability to read and understand job site plans and diagrams
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

We are offering a salary of $1400 per week for this position.

This position is located in Akron, Ohio.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing in Akron or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
