Entry-Level Formworker

Entry-Level Form worker in Akron, Ohio, USA

A construction company in Akron, Ohio is seeking an entry-level Form worker to join their team. This position is open to Kenyan nationals and does not require prior experience or accommodation. The company will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

• Assist in the setup and preparation of formwork for concrete structures
• Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
• Assist with removing formwork after concrete has set
• Ensure all safety standards are followed while working on site

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques preferred but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1600 per month
