This is a full-time, on-site Interior Remodeling Carpenter / Tile Installer role based in Akron, OH. The position involves performing interior carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry, as well as installing tile for floors, walls, and back splashes. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, using hand and power tools safely, reading and interpreting plans or drawings, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

The role also includes collaborating with team members, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and communicating progress or issues to the site lead or project manager.

• Strong carpentry skills, including experience with framing and finish carpentry.
• Proficient use of hand tools and power tools in a construction environment.
• Experience with tile installation, including layout, cutting, setting, and grouting.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans, drawings, and measurements accurately.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Reliable transportation to Akron, OH job sites and ability to work full-time schedules.
• Good physical stamina, including capability to lift materials and work on feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience in interior remodeling or construction; vocational training or related certifications are a plus.
