Our client, a global commercial real estate and facilities management leader, is seeking a Mobile Engineer 2 to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer 2, you will be part of the Facilities Engineering & Operations team supporting multiple commercial facilities throughout the Akron and Cleveland, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title:

Pay Range: $34-$36/hour (Contract-to-Hire)
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and building control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure equipment and building systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing equipment components.
- Monitor system performance, record operational readings, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal equipment function.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, manage inventory and tools, and coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competitive pay rate of $34-$36 per hour with opportunity for permanent employment.

- Stable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
