Our facility in Akron, OH, is looking for a talented and committed Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running at peak performance. We are searching for a proactive individual who enjoys hands-on work and excels at resolving technical challenges to join our team.

7:30am to 3:30pm

• Execute regular upkeep and necessary fixes for various machinery and infrastructure.
• Perform thorough checks to detect potential faults and help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Address repair tickets quickly while diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Keep detailed and organized logs of all completed maintenance tasks and service history.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine maintenance workflows and boost overall operational productivity.
• Support the setup and integration of updated systems and machinery.
• Uphold strict safety guidelines to ensure the workspace remains tidy and hazard-free.

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent; vocational training is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated background working in maintenance or an analogous industry.
• Proficiency in managing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.
• Capacity to analyze and utilize technical diagrams and instructional guides.
• Strong analytical mindset to help identify and solve complex mechanical issues.
• Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Availability to adjust your schedule for weekends or holidays when business needs arise.
