ACCESS, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Specialist to support residents of the Emergency Shelter. You will oversee safety, enforce shelter rules, and coordinate with support staff to meet residents' needs.
The role requires strong crisis management, clear communication, and the ability to maintain boundaries with residents, staff, and visitors. Shifts may include 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm and occasional 7:00am-3:00pm coverage.
