Community Support Services in Akron, OH, is seeking a DAP Outreach Worker to join the Homeless Outreach Team. This role involves aggressive case-finding of homeless individuals and connecting them with housing, food, clothing, shelter and entitlements in downtown Akron.
The Outreach Worker will engage clients in non-traditional settings, coordinate with Block by Block and DAP staff, assess needs, provide crisis support, and document progress per agency standards.
