We are currently hiring a skilled and creative Game Developer to join our team in Akron. As a Game Developer you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying video games for various platforms. • Collaborate with the game design team to understand game concepts and mechanics
• Design and develop game features, levels and systems
• Write efficient and clean code in C++ or other programming languages
• Test and debug code to ensure smooth functionality across different platforms
• Optimize game performance for different devices
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve game development processes
• Work with artists, designers and other developers to bring the game to life

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Game Developer with at least one released title
• Proficient in C++ or other programming languages commonly used in game development
• Strong understanding of game design principles
• Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics techniques and tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for gaming with knowledge of current gaming trends
