Software Development Tester

We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Tester to join our growing team in Akron. As a Software Tester you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the software testing field.

• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements
• Develop test cases and test plans based on project requirements
• Execute test cases and report any issues or bugs found
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development team
• Participate in regular meetings with project team to discuss progress and any issues
• Work with other testers to improve testing processes and strategies

• No previous experience required but basic understanding of software development processes is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java C++ or Python
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Salary of $1200 per month
