JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Akron.

As a JAVA Developer you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing complex software programs using Java language. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, as well as experience with agile development practices. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month for Indian nationals.

• Design code and test software applications using JAVA language
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software systems
• Follow agile development practices and participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
• Document code changes and maintain proper documentation for future reference

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles
• Experience working with Java EE technologies such as JSP, Servlets, EJBs, etc.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Indian nationals preferred
