Back End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Back‑End Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Junior Back‑End Developer you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop and maintain back‑end systems and applications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in their career.

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement back‑end systems and applications.
• Write clean, efficient and well‑documented code.
• Test and debug code to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Continuously improve existing systems for better performance and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C++.
• Familiarity with front‑end development languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems SQL or No
  
  SQL.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure.
• Understanding of Dev Ops principles and tools Git, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of web services/API development.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
