Android Developer

We are hiring an Android Developer to join our team in Akron.

As an Android Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications for the Android platform. Your primary focus will be the development of high-quality, user-friendly and efficient applications. You will work closely with our team of designers and other developers to bring new features and improvements to our existing apps. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Android development, excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Android development
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
• Experience with Android SDK APIs and frameworks
• Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Design and develop mobile applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Identify and fix bugs in existing apps
• Optimize app performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to mobile development
• Work on improving code quality through writing automated tests
