We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Software Developer to join our growing team in Akron. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Your main responsibilities will include writing code, debugging issues, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions
• Test and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with web development frameworks (such as AngularJS or React)
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
