Ruan is hiring a Class A CDL Flex driver for our dedicated LKQ customer, with domicile in Fort Wayne, IN. Flex drivers never have to worry about lack of work—when extra help is needed, we send you to the required location. You will travel to various customers and operations across the United States to support locations that need extra coverage. Earn $40 per hour straight time. $104,000 average annual. Paid weekly!

Monday through Friday, 2 pm–Midnight. The driver will cover last‑minute call‑offs, scheduled PTO, and open routes until a new driver is hired. Responsibilities include road testing and training of new hires, dock work when no route is available, and possible up to five weeks out at a time. Guaranteed 50 hours per week.

Operate various types of equipment based on the customer’s needs, including no‑touch freight, driver assist, unloading, and tarping. Hazmat endorsement required before start date. Forklift experience preferred but training will be provided. Real  U.S. passport are required.

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• All applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired due to the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
