Part-Time Courtesy Driver

We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Courtesy Driver to join our team. As a Courtesy Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely transporting customers to and from our dealership or service center, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers to and from designated locations, such as their home, workplace, or public transportation hubs.
• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance with loading and unloading their belongings.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for passengers.
• Perform regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with the service and sales departments to coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Provide general information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience.
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and directions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
• 3 Days a week. Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
• Previous experience as a professional driver or in a customer service role is an asset.
