Job Summary

We are looking for Part‑Time Flight Attendants to join the CAK Crew Base in Akron, Ohio. The role is a highly visible position where you will be the face of Breeze Airways, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while embodying our core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

• Provide exceptional guest experience, welcoming and accommodating all passengers.
• Maintain cabin safety and hygiene, including preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Remain calm under pressure, mitigate high‑stress situations, and administer first‑aid or medical care as needed.
• Communicate clearly during routine operations and emergency procedures.
• Work flexibly within irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods.
• Comply with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements.
• Use uplinked inflight technology for service and passenger interaction.
• Perform equipment maintenance, such as opening/closing overhead bins, operating emergency exits, and managing in‑flight facilities.

• Age 21 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal U.S. work authorization without restrictions.
• Passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Physical ability to reach and remove emergency equipment; height suitable for cabin clearance.
• Excellent vision and hearing, and proper seating in a flight attendant jumpseat.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Ability to administer alcohol services and adhere to airline and federal regulations.
• Successful completion of a DOT pre‑employment drug test and TSA fingerprint background check.
• Capable of completing a 3+ week full‑time flight attendant training course within the next 3 months.
• Willingness to work irregular and overtime hours, including reserve assignments.

All candidates must complete initial flight attendant training at one of Breeze’s accredited academies. Training locations include Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, and other Breeze Base facilities. After training, flight attendants receive pay based on length of service: $25–$37.50 per hour, with incremental increases as outlined by experience and performance levels.

• Guaranteed 37.5 flying hours per month.
• Per diem and mileage reimbursement; hotel accommodations provided if training occurs outside the base city.
• Full compensation after successful training completion.
