This regional position is built around an established delivery network and scheduling visibility that helps drivers know what to expect throughout the week. Freight moves through repeat regional lanes with consistent customer demand, allowing dispatch to plan loads ahead whenever possible. The goal is to provide dependable miles, organized routing, and a work schedule that stays consistent from one week to the next.

Drivers haul a combination of no-touch dry van and refrigerated freight throughout regional Midwest lanes. Most freight is drop-and-hook, with some live loads based on customer requirements. Planned dispatch and repeat freight lanes help reduce unnecessary downtime while keeping trucks moving on a steady schedule. Drivers are home every week for a reset, providing regular home time without giving up productive miles.

Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions and modern safety technology. Trucks are maintained through a preventative maintenance program to improve reliability and reduce equipment-related delays. Dry van and refrigerated trailers are well maintained and assigned to support the account's regional freight network.

Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,700 per week depending on miles and experience. Consistent freight helps support reliable weekly earnings, and all pay is issued through weekly direct deposit. Detention pay is available when applicable. Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL and have recent tractor-trailer experience. Qualified applicants must meet one of the following experience requirements: 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last 12 months, 12 months in the last 2 years, or 18 months in the last 3 years.
