CDL A Truck Driver /WK - Home Weekly (Full Time)

CDL‑A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home week for 34 reset. Drivers earn $1600–$2200 per week with a $2500 sign‑on bonus and full benefits after 30 days.

• Make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on conveyor belts; store personnel remove items from the belts into inventory.
• Receive mileage pay ranging from $0.80 CPM to $0.86 CPM based on experience and earn $325 per trailer unload. Average drivers unload three trailers per week running IL, OH, IN and MI.
• Be home weekly and have the ability to take the truck home.
• Benefit from full coverage (health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K) starting after 30 days of employment.
• Undergo $150 per day training for 2–4 days on the account before running independently, and may have a rider and a pet from the first day on the own route.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major (careless, 15+ in last 12 months).
• No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years, including any accident that results in an injury, a jack knife or rollover.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• Drivers cannot have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test in their career.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, drivers must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
