Job Summary

Daniels Health is offering $3,000 new‑hire bonus for joining our team in Stow, OH. We are seeking a customer‑focused driver who can operate a 26‑foot box truck. The role involves collecting and delivering medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations, providing high‑level customer service, and working under a stable schedule with the possibility of overtime.

• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner, including 26‑foot box trucks.
• Complete deliveries on schedule, communicating changes or challenges as they arise.
• Load and unload, prioritizing and organizing the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage a route per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and perform roadside inspections.

• Heavy lifting ability.
• Class B driver license and DOT medical card.
• Delivery experience in an industry with manual handling (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work full‑time hours (approximately 40 hours per week).
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Passing a 7‑year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience operating a 26‑foot box truck or larger.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Confidence in road‑check levels 1 through 3.
• Proven longevity in past employment and on‑time delivery practices.

• Non‑CDL: $24.00 per hour (non‑negotiable);
  Class B: $27.00 per hour (non‑negotiable).
• New‑hire bonus of $3,000 after successful completion of probation.
• Full‑time direct hire position, 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM).
