Warehouse Supervisor

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Akron As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers providing guidance and support as needed The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

Salary $1600 per month

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping goods
• Manage a team of warehouse workers assigning tasks and monitoring their performance
• Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained
• Monitor stock levels and order new supplies as needed
• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in logistics or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
• Knowledge of inventory management systems experience with WMS preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have biometric passport
• Must be able to speak English fluently
