Librarian Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Librarian Assistant in El‑Ain. As a Librarian Assistant, you will work closely with the Librarian to provide support in managing the library's collection and assisting patrons with their research needs.

• Assist with organizing and cataloging library materials
• Maintain accurate records of library inventory and circulation
• Help patrons locate materials and provide guidance on library resources
• Process new materials for circulation, including labeling and shelving
• Help create displays and promotional materials to showcase library resources
• Assist with planning and coordinating library events and programs
• Provide basic technology support to patrons using library computers and equipment

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience working in a library or similar setting is a plus

1600$ per month.

This is a part‑time position, working 20 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the library.
