Office Management

Oversee general office activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment maintenance and ensuring a professional workspace environment.

Documentation & Filing

Manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure all company records, contracts and employee documents are accurately maintained and easily retrievable.

Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing phone calls, emails and visitor reception.

Executive Support

Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and arranging travel itineraries.

HR Liaison Support

Coordinate with the HR department for onboarding requirements and assist in liaising with government authorities or vendors as needed.

Reporting

Prepare periodic administrative reports, expense summaries and maintain updated databases.

Experience

Proven experience in an Administrative or Office Coordinator role within the UAE.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Location

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
