- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, staff management, and compliance requirements
- Experience in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and staff scheduling
- Proficient in maintaining employee records, filing systems, and attendance/DTR monitoring
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in home healthcare or healthcare staffing operations is an added advantage
