Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions for our construction projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative operations for the head office and project sites.
• Supervise and lead the administration team, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Oversee office facilities, accommodation, transportation, and asset management.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to support operational requirements.
• Manage office budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and project requirements.
• Oversee document control, record management, and administrative reporting.
• Handle travel arrangements, visas, licenses, permits, and office renewals.
• Implement and improve administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years as an Admin Manager in a construction company.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days are preferred.
