We are seeking an experienced Librarian for our El-Ain office. This position is responsible for managing and organizing library materials. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of 1700 and a rewarding work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field
• 3 years of proven experience in library management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cataloguing systems and library software programs
• Fluency in English, Arabic is preferred

• Organize, catalog, and classify library materials according to established procedures
• Develop library policies, procedures, and services as needed
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws when selecting materials for purchase or loan
• Maintain records using manual or automated systems (e.g., circulation logs)
• Track overdue loans, remind patrons of returns due, and collect fines as needed
• Compile data related to library activities (e.g., circulation statistics)
• Provide reference services by responding to patrons’ inquiries or referring them to the appropriate sources
