Office Assistant Job in El-Ain
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. The successful candidate should have a high level of customer service, excellent organizational skills, and experience with administrative tasks.
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing support to the office and its staff. This includes but is not limited to managing incoming calls, maintaining records, organizing paperwork, greeting and helping visitors, coordinating meetings and events, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
