Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management:
  Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost‑effective delivery of quality materials and services.
• Negotiation:
  Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Purchase Orders:
  Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate supplies without over‑stocking.
• Quality Assurance:
  Work closely with the QA team to ensure all purchased materials meet required specifications and standards.
• Cost Control:
  Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Market Research:
  Stay informed about market trends, supplier conditions, and material availability.
• Compliance:
  Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with production, QA, and finance to align procurement with company objectives.

• Education:
  
  Minimum Diploma Level 4 in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Preference:
  Arabic nationals encouraged.
