Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in El-Ain. Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Monitoring market trends
- Coaching and mentoring your team to ensure their success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience in the El-Ain market is preferred
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus
This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month along with free visa and ticket for foreign applicants.
