We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team in El‑Ain. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven and ambitious, with a strong interest in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Research and analyze market trends.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, motivate and evaluate the sales team.
- Identify potential new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software/tools.
- Excellent communication, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position. Additional benefits may include health insurance, vacation days, bonuses, etc.
