Role:
Change & Adoption Lead – SAP Transformation

Note: Only immediate joiners will be considered for this role.
Drive business adoption and user readiness for SAP Transformation through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute change management plans.
- Drive user adoption of new business processes.
- Engage business leaders, managers, and end users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resistance to change.
- Conduct communication sessions, workshops, and roadshows.
- Deliver business process walkthroughs before system training.
- Prepare business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assess business readiness and identify adoption gaps.
- Track change adoption and ensure successful transition to SAP processes.
- Collaborate with project and business teams throughout the transformation.
- Experience leading change management for SAP or ERP transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex business processes.
- Hands‑on experience driving user adoption and business readiness.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR (mandatory).
