Throughout the 12-month program, you'll gain exposure across key Agricultural Development areas, including:

• A structured 12-month development journey designed to accelerate your career.
• Exposure to agricultural engagement and operations through practical field experiences.
• Hands-on experience supporting farmer relationships, stakeholder initiatives, and agricultural development programs.
