Job Description
Photographing and conducting television filming of all activities and events of the university across its various colleges, departments, and administrative units, both within the university and outside of it. Photographing and television filming of conferences, seminars, lectures, and various meetings.
- Familiarity with the protocol system and ceremonies in filming various official activities and events.
- Capturing images and filming of academic and student delegations visiting the university.
- Archiving all photos of events and activities.
- Digitizing old photographs by scanning and converting them into digital format.
- Providing various university departments with the requested images for use in publications, websites, and display screens.
- Supplying media outlets and governmental and non‑governmental organizations with the requested images and filmed materials.
- Providing graduating students with photographs.
- Familiarity with how students and faculty deal with photography privacy.
- Familiarity with computer applications.
- Proficiency in photo editing software.
- Experience in video production, effects, and planning, designing, and producing video and multimedia content for educational and marketing purposes.
- Edit and enhance video and audio for multimedia broadcasting.
- Video editing and production using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, MPEG Stream clip, and iMovie.
- Design and edit multimedia content (storyboards, video editing, post‑production, social media, interactive content, and publishing).
- Keep pace with advancements in software, hardware, and trends in multimedia development.
- Design and produce appropriate illustrations and infographics.
- Continuously archive photos and create backups.
- Archive and document recorded material of events and activities.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
- Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the work as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication (Radio and TV major) or an equivalent.
Experience / Skills(1–2) Years.

- Digital photos archiving training courses.
- Photography protocols training courses.
- Designing and managing digital photo libraries training courses.
- Video editing programs training courses.
- Television editing programs training courses.
- Television studio management training courses.
- Aerial broadcasting (external broadcasting training courses).
