We are a renowned bakery in El-Ain and we are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department. As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new pastry recipes, managing the production of pastries, and training and supervising our pastry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, along with excellent leadership skills.

• Develop new pastry recipes that align with our bakery's brand and customer preferences
• Oversee the production of all pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency
• Train and supervise pastry team members on proper techniques and procedures
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
• Collaborate with other departments to create new pastry offerings for special events or holidays
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume bakery or restaurant
• Knowledge of different types of pastries, techniques, and ingredients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Creativity in developing new recipes while also maintaining traditional favorites
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Excellent time management skills
• Fluent in Malayalee or Egyptian preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Salary: 1800$ per month
