Our wealth offering is further enhanced through our best-in-class manufacturing capabilities in Asset Management and Insurance. We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team.
- Initiate, support business migrations and ensure high quality service to the business areas by minimizing risk through effective management of cost and resources.
- Ensure that processes and procedures are continually reviewed, improved, and changes are communicated for effective implementation.
- Ensure that internal audits and measures are undertaken regularly and reviewed to maintain the required process quality and productivity levels.
- Set high standards of staff motivation and leadership by maintaining a good work environment, leading to a highly committed and productive team. Develop staff to achieve their potential. Ensure that the objectives and standards set by the organization are met and adhered to.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication with peers in terms of best practice sharing to ensure optimum use of resources across sections and that a robust cross‑training plan is in place to multi‑skill operation teams.
- Motivate and develop team members across sections, including specific attention to individual development or action plans as required to achieve business objectives and manage future growth.
- Compile MI and other business data requirements accurately and present supporting statistics/reports/returns to business/management within agreed timescales.
- Continuously reassess the operational risks inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
- Implement group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in conjunction with the relevant compliance department. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business must comply within UAE.
- Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE visa and work permit.
- Strong experience in managing operations and people in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end collection life cycle with strong product knowledge on credit cards, loans, bank accounts & commercial.
- Knowledge of collections LIC & knowledge on roll rates & provisioning.
- Good understanding of collections MOS / coaching expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen with experience in managing day‑to‑day performance and trends.
- Strong verbal and business communication & writing skills.
- Proven record in building and maintaining business relationships and a strong customer service drive.
