Relationship Service Manager – Al Ain
We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking team in Al Ain as a Relationship Service Manager. This digitally enabled function orchestrates client and Relationship Manager servicing activities on behalf of the frontline, ensuring an optimal client experience and enabling frontline teams to concentrate on revenue-generating opportunities.
In This Role, You Will- Be responsible for account maintenance, opening, closure, and reactivation requests
- Manage RM portfolio mapping and data alignment across core banking systems
- Manage requests for information from internal teams, clients and frontline
- Oversee RM delegated responsibilities, including AI triggers and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information
- Be in regular contact with RMs on operational issues and take prompt follow-up action on outstanding matters
- Take ownership of Client Maintenance and Servicing activities including ad hoc client queries and escalations
- Interface with a wide variety of teams such as Servicing Operations, Compliance, Legal, Credit Services, Global Payments Solutions (GPS), Global Trade Solutions (GTS) etc., especially on matters that involve escalation of pending and ageing cases
- Contribute actively to meetings/calls for inclusion of your perspective in decision making on business improvements, efficiency gains or change initiatives
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovative solutions
- Understand operational risk controls, client data sensitivity, and ensure compliance with audit and data confidentiality standards at every touchpoint
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services, especially corporate banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to Relationship Managers, clients, and internal teams
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of resilience, delivering under pressure to tight deadlines in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented mindset, showing self-motivation, positivity, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Adopts an inclusive approach, values diversity of thought and continually seeks new perspectives and feedback
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and/or work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE)
