Senior Accountant

Light Stone Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Al Ain. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in manufacturing finance who can manage financial records, support reporting activities, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities, and tax-related processes. Applicants with excellent analytical abilities, financial reporting expertise, and knowledge of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax are encouraged to apply.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly and annual closing of accounts in a timely manner.
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions for accuracy.
• Assist with audits and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Support finance operations while ensuring adherence to company policies.

• 6–8 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Strong experience in bookkeeping.
• Experience in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Knowledge of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Indian nationality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Account reconciliation and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a Related Field
