• Arabic Male candidate only
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Opera PMS
• Experience in front office / hotel reception operations
• Strong communication and guest‑handling skills
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa in UAE are preferred

• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures
• Manage reservations using Opera PMS system
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally
