Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in El‑Ain Nepal. As the first point of contact for our guests you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events and activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Fluent in English;
  Nepali language skills preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This is a full‑time contract position with the possibility of extension.

No prior experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for hospitality.
