We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team in El‑Ain. As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests and residents.
Responsibilities- Answer guest inquiries.
- Make reservations.
- Arrange transportation.
- Ensure all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Arabic preferred.
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. No English language skills are required.
Salary starts at $1500 per month.
