We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities
• Order, stock, and manage inventory for cleaning supplies
• Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety measures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide transportation within El-Ain. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
